How Do I Place An Order?
Orders can be placed online, or by submitting an email to contact@regifts.net.
Payment and Shipping; How do I pay? How long will it take? How will my items be delivered?
Payment can be made by major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders are usually processed within one business day. All delivery is made Monday through Saturday. Signature is required if the order is over $300.00, regardless of waivers you have from UPS. All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail and all orders are fully insured and risk free.
Will I be charged for mailing/shipping?
No fees charged for mailing within most States. Orders from Puerto Rico, Hawaii and California will incur mailing costs.
We do not accept International Orders.

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns on pre-owned items. Please write or inquire about any pre-owned items you are interested in to qualify your interest before purchasing the items.

For new items, if you are not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of the item.

Any new item that shows wear or have been changed, altered or damaged in any way cannot be returned.

Refunds are submitted after receipt and inspection of item.

Any improperly packaged item will be returned.

You can ship your item via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Post Office. Please make sure that the return package is signature required and insured for the full amount of the item being returned. We recommend that the return package includes the original package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Body jewelry is not returnable: Earrings, ear cuffs, toe rings, and body jewelry are not returnable due to health regulations and hygiene issues.
